Simple 3 Ingredients Recipes

Hujung minggu lalu saya menghabiskan masa di rumah kerana Qaiser tak sihat. Kalau tidak, kebiasaannya memang susah nak tengok kami duduk di rumah. Untung Qaiser dapat mak kaki jalan. Hehehe. Tiba-tiba mood memasak datang tapi tak banyak barang basah/kering untuk dimasak di dapur. Takpe, ini satu cabaran.

Saya buat sarapan pagi, makan tengahari dan minum petang yang mudah dan hanya memerlukan 3 ramuan. Yes, it really can be this easy. Untuk sarapan pagi dan makan tengahari, resipi dari Ibu manakala minum petang resipi yang saya google. Bila ambil resipi dari internet, saya kurang pasti rasanya tapi takpe, tak cuba tak tahu.

Cheesy Baked Bean Toastie

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Butter both slices of bread (Optional).
  2. Place one slice buttered side down on the preheated toasted sandwich maker.
  3. Top with baked bean and cheese.
  4. Followed by the last piece of bread buttered side up.
  5. Toast 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve.

How does it taste? Yummy. Nampak tak cheese yang cair tu? Hehe

Roast Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 150 Celcius.
  2. Mix together the sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  3. Add the chicken and marinate overnight or for a minimum 2 hours.
  4. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, Remove the chicken from the oven and flip the thighs skin side up.
  6. Serve.
*** Time and temperature may vary according to the type and efficiency of the oven.


How does it taste? Yummy! Sweet and sticky!

Flourless Pancakes

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Mash the ripened banana with hands or a fork until smooth and set aside.
  2. Beat two eggs and then add to the mashed banana.
  3. Add baking powder.
  4. Optional: Add chocolate rice/chips or blueberry.
  5. Generously spray a pan with nonstick or olive oil cooking spray and turn the stove to medium heat.
  6. Using a 1 Tbsp measuring spoon, scoop a spoonful of batter and pour into the pan.
  7. Flip the pancakes once the edges become cooked.
  8. Allow the pancakes to cook through.
  9. Re-spray the pan with nonstick spray between each set of pancakes.
  10. Enjoy!

How does it taste? Erm, so-so. Tasted more like a banana omelette and weren't very nice! Haha
